Spacious family sized rooms with the possibility of three beds: a queen-sized bed and one or two single beds. These rooms have a full private bath, and can accommodate up to four guests.

All our rooms have wireless Internet, flat screen TV, dish satellite (over 100 channels), Ipod docking stations, luxurious bath products, deep pile towels and down-alternative, three-sheet bedding.

Breakfast, parking (first come, first served), wireless internet, free local calls and museum passes are included in the rates. Cribs and cots are available on request.

All rooms offer guests the option of relaxing in our parlour 24 hours a day with gourmet coffee and self-serve tea and snacks. Plus, wine & cheese is available on request.

Terms: Last minute discounts on our rooms are sometimes available for a next day or same day arrival.
All rates listed are based upon single occupancy, and there is a $20 nightly surcharge for each additional guest.
Special event rates, peak rates and policies may apply for events such as Commencement Season from Mid May to early June or The Head of the Charles Regatta in mid October. Rates are subject to change without notice, and vary depending upon the season, size of room, number of guests and private or shared bath.
is an additional 14.45% room occupancy tax applied to all rates. We have only two rooms with shared bath. Rooms with shared bath are not eligible for discounts.
